We married traditional materials with modern design to create this home with a distinctive industrial vibe. Brick is oriented to provide both horizontal and vertical texture, steel details are present throughout, and blackened wood plays off a minimal white stucco.

A steel and glass wall delineates the double-height entry and lets light into the center of the building from both sides. An open-plan upper floor allows views through the home from all areas, but allows for a comfortable separation of activities. The ground floor exterior spaces extend the master bedroom and lower family room to the outside.
