This extensive remodel made use of the existing floor height, which sits high above the street. We created a terraced front yard, lowered the entry, and connected a high ceiling glass-walled living room that has direct access to a front patio area

Although the main floor of the house has the see-through feel of an open plan, each area is well-defined. The outdoor connection was key for this project, as rear yard pool access and recreation was an important factor in the remodel design. A large den upstairs off the bedrooms accesses a balcony that further ties to the backyard entertainment space.
